Mr. Serritella is a lifelong resident of Essex County. He is a 30+ year member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America; initiated into Local Union #1342 as an apprentice on October 18, 1988. From 1999 thru present, he served Local Union #1342/253 in various positions from Conductor, Treasurer, Vice President & eventually became President. He is a proud member of the Essex County Building Trades and the Political Education Committee.
